Position: Refinisher (Bathroom)
Employment Type: Part time to Full-Time
Pay: Minimum wage during training; commission-based pay after training
Benefits: Phone reimbursement, gas reimbursement, weekly pay
Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (hours may vary depending on job load)

Are you an experienced refinisher looking for a full-time opportunity? American Bathtub Refinishers is seeking a skilled bathroom refinisher to join our team. We specialize in refinishing bathtubs, showers, sinks, countertops, and vanities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform refinishing tasks on bathtubs, showers, sinks, countertops, and vanities
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and masking areas as needed
• Apply refinishing coatings using spray equipment and other tools
• Ensure a smooth and even finish, free of defects
• Follow all safety guidelines and protocols
• Communicate effectively with clients, managers and team members
• Maintain and clean equipment and work area

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in refinishing or a related field
• Own transportation (preferably a truck)
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Good communication skills
• Reliable and punctual
