Another Source's client, Sabey Data Centers, is recruiting a Director of Data Center Operations to join their newest data center location and growing team on-site in Round Rock, TX (just north of Austin, TX). This is an opportunity to help lead and build Sabey's newest team at their up-and-coming data center campus in Austin!

About the role:
The Director of Operations, Central, is responsible for the 24/7 operations and reliability of the Data Center. This includes ensuring that the Data Center is properly maintained and operated.
In this role, the Director manages Data Center Managers in Austin, Texas, and other facilities within the central USA. The Director will develop and execute strategic objectives, implement company standards, manage budgets, control expenses, promote the company culture, and maintain high standards of customer service.
Salary range: $141,642 - $219,545, depending on experience
