Position Details:

• Hours: 3:00 AM – 11:00 AM (non-negotiable).
• Pay: $15–17/hr depending on experience and ability to take on more.
• Benefits: 401(k) with employer match after 1 year.
• Schedule Perks: No holiday or weekend shifts—consistent mornings only.

Key Responsibilities:

• Wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchenware.
• Maintain cleanliness in dishroom, floors, walls, and prep areas.
• Dispose of trash and sanitize waste bins.
• Perform light custodial duties—sweeping, mopping, wiping surfaces.
• Uphold strict food-safety and sanitation standards.

Ideal Candidate:

• Prior dishwashing or custodial experience preferred.
• Reliable, punctual, with strong attention to detail.
• Capable of lifting/handling up to 50 lbs.
• A team player who thrives in early morning shifts.
• Excited about being part of a family-oriented, long-term team.
