Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Drywaller / Painter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in drywall installation, finishing, and painting, with a strong attention to detail and quality. This role involves working on a variety of residential and commercial projects, ensuring smooth wall finishes and clean, professional paint applications.

Duties

• Install drywall panels on walls and ceilings, including measuring, cutting, and fitting.
• Tape and finish joints, corners, and seams to create a smooth surface.
• Sand, patch, and repair drywall surfaces as needed.
• Prepare interior and exterior surfaces for painting, including cleaning, priming, and masking.
• Apply paint, stain, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
• Match and mix paint colors to achieve desired results.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople to coordinate workflow and project completion.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, organized work area.

Experience

• Proven experience in drywall hanging, finishing, and painting.
• Proficiency with drywall tools, painting equipment, and safety practices.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong eye for detail and commitment to high-quality finishes.
• Ability to read and follow project specifications and blueprints.
• Experience with both residential and commercial projects is preferred.

Compensation
$22–32 / hr. based on skills and experience
