About the role
The Head of Operations will build, lead, and drive our operations team from the ground up. Our Operations Team is responsible for driving success for our partner practices, ensuring patients get rapid access to care. They will lead our efforts for human-in-the-loop verification, driving accuracy and helping to train our AI models. They will partner closely with our engineering and product teams in order to drive product innovation and efficiencies. They will help pilot and enable new offerings as we drive greater automation for practices, create new experiences for patients, and shape the future of healthcare. The role is ideal for operations leaders who want to shape a mission-driven company from the ground up alongside experienced leaders and great investors. Ideal candidates are action-oriented, data-driven, creative, have an affection for start-up scrappiness, and are able to navigate ambiguity.
What you’ll do
Drive Operational Excellence: Develop, implement, and monitor day-to-day operational systems and processes to provide visibility into performance, to enable consistency, and to drive constant improvement.
Build our Early Ops Team: Hire our initial operations team and be a hands on leader to drive exceptional results for our early partners.
Scale Our Ops Team: Help define the model (W-2, BPO, 1099, etc.) for scaling our operations team; lead the process to hire, manage, and build culture within our scaled operations organization.
Define Operating Analytics: Define, monitor, and analyze key metrics for day-to-day operations to ensure high quality and timely operations
Help Shape Our Product: Partner with Engineering and Product to identify opportunities to drive customer success through improved efficiency, faster throughput, and new product offerings.
Support Customer Growth: Enable the long-term success of our partners by identifying areas for improvement and collaborating to address them.
