Marketing Assistant (Remote, Part-Time)

We are looking for a highly organized Marketing Assistant to support two busy co-founders and the broader team. This role is an excellent fit for someone eager to contribute to marketing campaigns, manage projects efficiently, and make a meaningful impact.

This is a part-time role to start, with the potential to expand into a full-time position over time.

What You'll Do:

Assist in organizing and coordinating marketing campaigns and projects to drive engagement and brand awareness.
Manage scheduling, appointments, and events related to marketing initiatives.
Support content development for social media, email, and websites in collaboration with the creative team.
Write and proofread marketing materials, ensuring consistency and brand alignment.
Conduct market research on industry trends, competitors, and target audiences to support strategic planning.
Analyze data and generate reports to measure the success of marketing campaigns.
Manage and grow social media accounts for clients, including engagement and performance tracking.
Oversee the hiring and coordination of marketing freelancers to support various projects.
Perform general administrative support, including handling correspondence and document preparation.
This role is location-independent and offers flexibility in working hours, as long as deadlines are met. You must be comfortable working independently and taking initiative in a remote setting.

What We're Looking For:

Experience in digital marketing or a related field.
Familiarity with Google Analytics, email marketing platforms, and social media strategies.
Strong writing, editing, and communication skills in English.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently in a remote environment.
Quick communication via Slack and ClickUp (or similar tools).
Availability to work U.S. hours with a reliable internet connection.
Candidates from Latin America or the Philippines are preferred.
