Position: Dietary Supervisor
Location: Cypress Garden Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation
Salary: Up to $25 per hour
Schedule: Per Diem
At Cypress Garden Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation, we are dedicated to providing exceptional care to our residents. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Dietary Supervisor to join our team and ensure our residents receive top-quality meals in a safe and hygienic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Director in adhering to Department of Health regulations for meal preparation and service.
Plan menus and schedule staff effectively.
Supervise dining services personnel, enforcing policies and procedures to deliver prompt and high-quality food service.
Lead and direct Dietary Aides during meal services and ensure proper cleanup.
Complete all required forms and reports accurately and promptly.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Dietary Supervisor in a healthcare setting.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
