14055 - Project Coordinator (onsite) – Palm Beach Gardens, FL
Start Date: ASAP
Type: Temporary Project
Estimated Duration: 12 months with possible extensions.
Work Setting: Hybrid with up to 20% travel to project sites. This role is on-site in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida unless travelling to a project.
Required
• Availability to work at the Client’s site in Palm Beach Gardens, FL with travel (required);
• Experience in project management (3+ years);
• Experience in the construction/renewables industry;
• Experience interfacing with a wide variety of stakeholders across multiple disciplines.
Preferred
• Experience in Wind Turbine construction;
• Experience with crane operations;
• Experience in PM Scheduling software (i.e. Smartsheet, Excel);
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certified.
Responsibilities
• Ability to become climb-certified and climb a wind turbine for engineering inspections and quality of work assurance;
• Ability to lift 35 lbs;
• Collaborate with and assist a lead Project Manager in a wide range of Wind Turbine construction projects as well as various technical/engineering projects;
• Assist with the planning and execution of Wind Turbine construction and technical/engineering projects;
• Meet with internal stakeholders regularly for ongoing project status updates;
• Prepare and host pre-bid/pre-construction meetings;
• Travel to project sites to oversee execution of tasks and provide daily reports;
• Climb wind turbines to validate execution of work depending on project scope.
