We are seeking a highly skilled, detail-oriented, and motivated Quality Control Manager to join our dynamic team in a full-time, on-site role based in Los Angeles, CA. As a Quality Control Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and compliance of project deliverables, overseeing testing, and driving continuous improvement across all aspects of the project. **Key Responsibilities:** + **Quality Assurance & Inspections:** + Conduct thorough inspections of project deliverables, ensuring they meet established quality standards, contract specifications, and scope requirements. + **Issue Documentation & Resolution:** + Collaborate with project management teams to document, investigate, and respond to any quality concerns or discrepancies, ensuring timely resolutions that align with project goals. + **Compliance & Process Improvement:** + Resolve quality issues in accordance with project guidelines, specifications, and contractual requirements, while identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing corrective actions. + **Continuous Monitoring & Reporting:** + Continuously monitor quality control processes and provide regular reports to ensure projects stay on track with quality objectives, timelines, and compliance. **Minimum Qualifications:** + **Education:** + Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Construction Management, Quality Management, etc.). + **Certifications:** + Six Sigma, CQE (Certified Quality Engineer), or CQA (Certified Quality Auditor) certification/license is preferred. + **Experience:** + A minimum of five years of experience in quality control, preferably in projects undergoing environmental documentation or related fields. **Compensation:** $104k-$125k The expected salary range for the position is displayed in accordance with the state's law.
