Job Description

Salary: $80,000 - 120,000 per year Requirements:

Responsibilities:
  • I will provide analysis, development, testing, documentation, education, implementation, support, and maintenance or optimization for assigned applications, solutions, and business processes to meet operational and technical requirements.
  • I will offer guidance and leadership on quality assurance and testing initiatives, demonstrating the ability to lead teams through complex integrated testing processes and managing testing projects as needed.
  • I will apply an advanced understanding of applications to help fulfill customer goals and outcomes, using creative problem-solving techniques that extend beyond standard practices.
  • I will demonstrate an advanced understanding of clinical and business operations, identifying dependencies with project team members and maintaining collaborative customer relationships. It is vital that I ensure customer needs are represented in all updates and provide clear status reports on key project areas for stakeholders.
  • I will lead requirements analysis and process mapping while conducting gap analyses and making cross-application recommendations.
  • I am dedicated to developing strong and positive relationships with client management at all levels, earning their respect as an expert.
  • I will contribute to strategy discussions by identifying options with their pros and cons alongside team members and stakeholders, consistently showing superior judgment.

  • I will coordinate code changes with vendors regarding financial and business application issues and collaborate with Technical Teams to identify infrastructure issues affecting applications.
  • I will share industry best practices from vendors with Operational Leaders and demonstrate growing technical knowledge of the assigned applications.
  • I will serve as a liaison among business operations, providers, internal IT, users, and vendors to address issues and problems within defined project objectives.
  • I will follow strict change management processes, ensuring proper approval, testing, and validation of system changes.
  • I will review and provide feedback on documentation created by others and communicate complex concepts based on the needs of the audience.
  • I will continuously review and enhance my skills, work ethic, and behaviors to promote positive peer interactions and foster a supportive team environment.
  • I will proactively troubleshoot and resolve moderate incidents and requests independently.
  • I will ensure that my deliverables in design and configuration meet complex end-user needs and maintain high-quality standards.
  • I will manage medium to large-scale, complex projects or requests independently, collaborating with team members as necessary.
  • I will complete assigned courses on time and participate in educational sessions as required.
  • I will contribute to the successful accomplishment of the department's primary mission through my services.
  • I will lead and coordinate across applications for impactful vendor changes.
  • Travel may be required for the execution of my duties, and I may need to work additional hours during critical issues.
  • I will assist in preparing and conducting formal or informal training sessions for users and coworkers.
  • I will excel at identifying and seizing opportunities and plan projects and tasks proactively.
  • I will undertake other duties as assigned.
