Senior IT Project Manager (WFH Setup)

They provide comprehensive managed IT services, ensuring operational reliability, security, and productivity for their customers.

The Opportunity: 

We are seeking two highly organized and results-driven IT Project Managers to oversee and manage multiple IT projects from initiation to completion. The IT Project Manager will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and technical understanding to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.

What You'll Do: 

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

  • Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.

  • Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, developers, analysts, and other IT professionals, fostering collaboration and providing guidance.

  • Proactively identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, developing mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

  • Monitor project budgets, resource allocation, and track financials, ensuring efficient utilization of resources and managing third-party vendors as necessary.


Requirements

What We're Looking For: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).

  • PMP or other relevant project management certification.

  • 2-3 years of experience managing IT projects, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and cloud technologies, and experience with Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, etc.).

  • Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
