**Primary Responsibilities:**
+ Assist in the planning and execution of technical projects
+ Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met
+ Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning and retrospectives
+ Track project progress and report on key metrics
+ Identify and mitigate risks to project timelines and deliverables
+ Support the development and maintenance of project documentation
+ Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and gather requirements
+ Foster a collaborative and agile work environment

**Required Qualifications:**
+ High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
+ 1+ years of experience in project management or a related role
+ 1+ years of experience and familiarity with Scrum and agile methodologies
+ 1+ years of experience and general knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello)
**Soft Skills:**
+ Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools and methodologies
+ Strong organizational and time management skills
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
+ Ability to work effectively in a team environment

The salary range for this role is $71,600 to $140,600 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
