Digital Content Creator (Bay Area Only) Bay Area, CA (On-site Required) About The Role: We're looking for a versatile and hands-on Digital Content Creator with a strong background in videography across a wide range of formats from smartphone footage to professional-grade camera work. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, has a sharp eye for storytelling, and brings a polished yet authentic approach to content creation. Key Responsibilities: + Capture and produce a wide variety of video content, from quick-turn social clips to polished brand stories + Operate independently or as part of a crew, handling all aspects of production including camera, lighting, and audio + Collaborate with internal teams to conceptualize and execute creative video strategies + Guide and direct shoots with a strong creative vision + Stay current on social media trends and adapt them for a corporate brand voice + Educate and support team members in using new tools and technologies for content creation What We're Looking For: + 4-7 years of experience shooting UGC video content for local or small brands, with a strong portfolio of user-generated style videos + Proven ability to shoot across a range of equipment from smartphones to professional cameras + Strong understanding of social-first video formats and storytelling techniques + Experience directing or co-directing shoots, especially with non-professional talent + Comfortable working with limited resources and tight timelines + A self-starter who can manage multiple projects and adapt quickly to changing priorities Preferred Skills: + Background in low-budget, high-impact content creation + Familiarity with editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro + Experience in corporate or tech environments is a plus Work Environment This position requires sitting in the Bay Area, working within a fast-paced environment. You will be part of a collaborative team, utilizing advanced technologies such as Sony FX3 and iPhone cameras, with a focus on social media video trends. The role offers flexibility to work independently or as part of a crew. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Menlo Park, California. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $100.00 - $100.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
